INGO Navy needs a northern base

Well, another fine opportunity has presented itself to help build up the INGO Navy/cruise line. Think you got a good deal on your last AR? Well, try and beat a formerly top secret NATO submarine base built for roughly $1/2 billion in Norway that is now selling for a mere $17.3 million.

This fine facility already has a built in docking area and you can even pull the ship into its own underground "garage"... or is that a Olympic sized swimming pool??

It also has a fine headquarters building where Fenway and the mods can summer when things get too warm in the Caribbean.

Why let villians like Dr. No have all the fun? INGO needs a top secret underground lair! So, what do you think? Anyone in?

Afraid not, but we already have an aircraft carrier, so I figured we are covered there. I will keep my eye out for a good deal on a slightly-used nuclear submarine.
