    Hiding from reality
That was the only gun show I regularly attended, but it was crowded before the panic. I don't think I could handle it now. I always felt like I found more of the items I was interested at that show.

I went this morning. Got there around 9:00am. That place was packed to the max. Prices where thru the roof. I would save your $6. It was a total waste of my time.

Went there about 1:00 and the crowd was not too bad. Got a nice Bull Belt for $40. Over spent on a couple of magazines for Glock and mini 14. I was very tempted to by a Windham AR with two 30rd Mags with a new red dot and about 100 rounds for $1600 with a case.

    under your bed!!!
It was very crowded, prices were very high. The only 300blackout ammo I found was from the guy that loads and sells them in the blue plastic boxes, he wanted $29 per 20 of supersonic and $54 per 20 of subsonic. There was quite a bit f .223 ammo but prices were pretty high on it. In the small room a guy had quite a bit if .223 once fired lake city brass for $15 per hundred and s&b small rifle primers for $40 per 1000.

Like everyone else said it's crowded and ammo was expensive. One table had a good selection of new pistols but they had some mark up on them. I had better luck at LGS. Bring a gas mask if you don't want to be crop dusted.

I sold 3 guns to guys who came into the shop after the show. They said prices were pretty high out there and nobody was dealing. Heard bricks of 22 were marked $50-60, 223 $1 a round and all mags were overpriced. I still might go out for a bit tomorrow to look around some. I always look for odd things and the smaller tables usually have some interesting stuff.

I just go help at 500 Guns on W 16th St when they get busy. They have a lot of interesting things there and I like to look around.

Last time I was in there I was impressed by rare collectibles in the cases. It's a pretty cool place.

Yeah, they carry things a lot of shops don't. People really like all the stuffed animals too. Some guy actually went a bought a disposable camera today so he could have his picture taken with the lion and hyena. :D

Anybody want to meet for the show tomorrow?

My buddy really wanted that Glock 30S at the first table there and was even willing to pay the inflated price. He had 525.00 cash and had to put the other 143.00 on his card but then the guy wanted to charge an extra 5.00 for credit card fee so he walked away, he can just wait until Jenkins gets them in. There was no dealing that I saw either.

I went today too. I had a good time but didn't buy a thing. I figure its $6 and way to blow an hour or so.
I saw a guy pulling a radio flyer wagon filled with ammo. I laughed but he wasn't there too long so I'm guessing he sold out.
I did see some brass case 223, made in South Africa, right inside the door for $455 a thousand. Didn't seem bad in today's market so I'm sure it sold quickly. He only a case of it from what I saw.

Worth $6 for the entertainment factor, had some time to kill while getting new tires on my truck so a buddy and I went. .22lr $60 per brick, .223 mostly around $1/round, and magazines double price or better (very rough GI AR mags $30). 10/22's $400-$550!!!

So we left and headed to Pro-fire and got to meet Andrew in person. Really great guy and his prices on what he had in stock were better than I've seen in months. Walked out with a couple pounds of powder and a box of primers, plus lots of good information I have been looking for.
