I have heard that but I have read that it is not true. Anyway the movies sent S&W model 29 prices through the roof.
Wonder how much for the actual Automag used in the movie? I am sure way beyond the 1200 Limit.

If someone handed me $1200 and said i had to spend it on ONE gun it would get this

The FN Five Seven. With the extra dough I'd buy the threaded barrel
and wait for someone else to hand me another $1200 for the supressor and tax stamp.

I guess I would buy some type of Bullseye ready 1911. Can't seem to find one for much less than that. Especially made in the USA.
