how so? haven't seen anything about them closing up shop?

They are cutting services, hours, products, losing customers, dealing with increases in law suits, the stores are dirty - have been cited for dirty bathrooms, floors, etc.

They are doing everything required to drive business (customers) away. They can't last long doing that. If a Meijer (or any other large store) were to move into town, say good by to W-M!

W-M has done away with the things that bring in the consumer - Lay-away, guns, American products, etc. If they get rid of the Auto "shop" they will lose even more.
They are going too "High end".

I would never use their Auto 'shop'. I have heard too many horror stories.
