Trump will give a charity of Obama's choice $5 million dollars if Obama turns over his college records by Halloween.
This will go brilliantly because, as you know, Trump is brilliant.
I can already see how this will play out. Obama supporters will start a charity drive to mock Trump.
And then President Obama will release his college records. He will chose a charity that also happens to be soon to be slated as providing material support for terrorists. Donald Trump will pay up then be gitmoed.

I am experiencing pity for Mr. Trump. It is sad to see someone grasping for relevance in this fashion. First his Hawaii Team flopped, now this.
He's good at using other peoples money to start casinos/businesses .... wait .... how come im not doing this ?
Why does Obama hate crippled children? Surely he will do such a minor thing as releasing the info to help the poor and oppressed. Haven't we heard for years how he cares about them? Here is his chance to gain them $5Million dollars.

Or... He can keep his secrets and win reelection. When his Democrat friends take back the House and retain control of the Senate, the can get Trump (and many others) to voluntarily (taxes are voluntary, right) donate far more money to many worthwhile causes.
