if we wanted legislation that would actually help problems in America, it would laws banning Eric Holder and people like him from holding any kind of office or position that where they can make decisions or take actions that would actually affect any laws or policies in America. Eric Holder has done far more damage to America than all of the so-called "assault weapons" combined and will continue to do so.
Ban Eric Holder. For the sake of the children.
Wonder if Holder has any evidence that the Clinton Gun ban actually reduced crime....
Or if crime actually went up when they expired in 2004?
HMMM, I doubt it....
the drug cartels kidnapped my cat and their ransom demand was all my guns.
Seems like a better way to help would be to seal the border from illegal smuggling. I know, I know, that's just crazy talk.
Ok, Ok... I know I am gonna get flamed for this and it is a lib stance... But instead of banning "assault" weapons why not legalize drugs... That is what these Mexican cartels are fighting over... Addicts are always gonna be addicts whether drugs are illegal or not they will always find a way to get a fix. Just like criminals with guns, if a criminal wants a gun he will get it, illegal or not. So instead of taking away our "fix" why not legalize the fix that is really causeing weapons to be used in an illegal way, not to say that all gun crime stims from drug use... Besides drugs are imported more into this country then any other... Could this not be a way to remidy some of Americas fiscal woe's?
You're not thinking big enough. Why not just pass a law banning Mexican drug cartels?

Holder said that putting the ban back in place would not only be a positive move by the United States, it would help cut down on the flow of guns going across the border into Mexico, which is struggling with heavy violence among drug cartels along the border.
"I think that will have a negitive impact in Mexico, at a minimum." Holder said at a news conference on the arrest of more than 700 people in a drug enforcement crackdown on Mexican drug cartels operating in the U.S.
It will also allow criminals to prey on the weak and disarmed, raising crime rates, making terrorism easier, and turning law abiding citizens into criminals.
