93 Jeep Cherokee Sport 252K. The driver's side door fell off so I had to replace it but the air conditioner still works along with everything else.

Currently I drive daily a 2009 VW Jetta GLI, bought it used with 16,000 miles and it now has almost 60K. I have had it for right at a year.

I also have a 2001 mustang that has 98K on it, but I drove it less than 2,000 miles all of last year.

How much 2 cycle? Mine is starting to haze a bit at idle, which Ive been told is injectors. Just changed oil and found no diesel seepage. Been putting Lucas treatment in it last few fill ups but hasn't helped much.

I go to Walmart and get the little blue bottles of 2cycle oil. It's not much money. Maybe $2 or so. Bottles are about the size of the iPhone or so.

When I switched out cars with my wife, I decided to finally let go of my 98 Cavalier with 189,000 miles on it. It was time. Even though it drove like a top, had new rubber, brakes, lines, hoses, radiator fan, etc. etc. etc., it was always a day away of some major repair that would put me out. I put 4 sets of tires on it, or was that 5 :dunno:. Seemingly countless rotors and pads, but it was only 3 sets I think, plus one time the rear defroster shorted out ALL the electrical. That was fun, but a trip to the junk yard and a week of down time, and she was back to normal. My experience from that told me if you're going to buy GM, you better be good with tools, otherwise, it would have never made it to 100,000, without paying an arm and a leg. Oh yeah, I even spent the money to fix my anti-lock brakes, which were never right, so I'm not a big fan of GM anti-locks. I guess the reason I kept it was I just liked working on it. :D

The mobil 1 high mileage at Walmart is cheap enough thati may as well do 1000 mile oil changes. Hopefully it will flush out some sludge.

Someone (a customer) at work told me to use a sludge remover in my oil. I said hell no. I don't need some sludge blocking up my passages. Giggedy.

I had a Honda Civic back in 86 that when I sold it, it had close to 189K on it, and I used Mobil 1. I changed the oil every 10K miles. A mechanic checked my valves before I sold it, and he commented how clean they were and right in spec.
