Arrive hungry and don't be in a hurry.

    This.

Don't be afraid to ask questions, even if you think you'll sound dumb, because the wait staff is very accommodating.

Try a small part of every meat you can when they bring it around-- don't be afraid to make a specific request if you find something you really enjoy.

The tap water (free) taste very similar to the bottled spring water (not free ;)).

Plan on spending over $100. $150 if you are drinking adult beverages.

Tell them that you are celebrating your anniversary and your dessert should be on the house.

don't fill up on the tasty fried polenta. and get water, a sprite cost my wife $3.50 and it was one of the half size cans. but the staff are incredibly nice and accomodating without being weird or awkward and know all about everything on the menu so ask questions and lots of them.

Mmmm... Fogos. I've been a couple of times a year for the last 6, between Miami, Atlanta and now here.

An AMAZING salad bar but don't fill up on that. Drink water or tea. Beer and bottled soda is pricey and fills you up. Plan for several hours afterwards for meat coma downtime. Flip that coaster to red periodically and don't end up with a plate of cold meat that you're trying to down.

    Pace yourself, grasshopper.
