Go to a fire house and say you were just poisoned 10 seconds ago with cyanide. If they have a B12 kit you need it stat, if they have the old amyl nitrite kit just take a hit and ask them where the B12 house is

I don't think there are any true "cures", but I've found the "vaccine" of not drinking to be 100% effective at preventing hangovers.
