According to what I've read the caucus votes haven't even begun yet.

The caucuses, which start at 7 p.m. CST on Monday, require voters to gather at the location assigned to the precinct in which they live, divvying Iowans up among the more than 1,600 precincts across the state's 99 counties.

You think it is just coincidence that Iran has grown bolder since Biden took office? That Putin didn't make advances during Trump's time in office? Trump was a lot of things, but he was a strong presence in that office.

The bad actors just couldn't be sure what Trump would do.

Remember how "Rocket Man" made nuke threats and Trump told him, "I have a bigger button than yours and mine works!".

Also, Putin made nuke threats to Trump and Trump told him "I have nukes too, do you wanna dance?".
Trump also told Putin his location in Russia, and told him I could order a nuke to where you are that would destroy 50 miles around.

Trump did a good job of a variation on Theodore Roosevelt's "Speak softly but carry a big stick".
