I was thinking the very same thing. He'll probably spend some bucks and get a good attorney and walk with a slap on the hand.

I don't think he's personally held an FFL for a number of years. The specific details escape me, so I'll leave it at that rather than try weaving things together for y'all. Something went down several years ago and someone else turned up running the Gun Room with an FFL in their name, although Junior is still behind the counter most days and actively managing the place.
