I don't know what your idea of fun is, but shooting one wasn't incredibly pleasurable for me. I'd have had more fun setting it on fire.

Don't get me wrong I have a Mosin, bought it about 8 yrs ago and haven't shot it in about 5. But come on if I want a fun gun to shoot I grab the AR,Garand or the M1A on a cool factor the Mosin is a -1 while the 3 I named are +1000
