Welcome Ruff, Heck when I was your age, I think I got a Raven .25 auto to porotect me and my young family, then as time went on a Smith model 36, a Colt Combat Commander, and a Mossburg 500 pump. The Raven was sold long ago, the commander stolen, and the Smith handed down to my youngest daughter. The Mossburg is in the attic somewhere, and we all had to start somewhere!
