And further surfing shows that Yahoo is slower than usual lately, on other searches, and has given me an 'apology' note a few times. I was fearful that it could be zombies, or Armageddon! Pat

Yahoo supposedly is no longer supporting their browser, so that could be why it is getting slower. They want you off it.
