Wrigley's on Lima road in Fort Wayne has Remington 1400 round buckets of 22 cal for $85. They also had some CCI bricks but I didn't see the price.

I was at Walmart today and they had Federal 115 gr 9mm for $13 a box of 50. I picked up 6 boxes for$78. I applied for a Walmart credit card and got $35 off. That is $43 for 300 rounds.

I'll never use the credit card again........

They gave you $35 off your purchase? I've never seen an ad for that.

Unrelated to ammo, but I had a something similar happen with Amazon. When checking out, there was an offer for $25 off my order if I applied for store credit. I figured what the heck and applied, getting approved and showing the $25 off my order. When I next went into the checkout after being approved, there was another offer, this time for $50 off if I applied for an Amazon Visa card. Since $50 is better than $25, I went ahead and applied and was again approved. Instead of the $50 taking over for the $25, they were added together and I got $75 off my order. Ended up with a free pair of VZ grips for my 1911 :)

Who doesn't want $35 dollars worth of free ammo? Guess I'll be applying for a Walmart cc today.

They charge the ammo to the credit card and then apply the $35 credit to the first statement. They have 3X5 pads on the counters with the info on them.

It took me all of ten minutes start to headed for the door.

Here's a few good deals I've stumbled across lately:

308 brass cased @ AIM for $9.29 per 20round box or $8.75 per 20rd box if you buy more than 32 boxes. ZQI .308/7.62x51 147grn FMJ 20rd Box Brass cased 308 ammo is tough to find under $0.50 a round anymore. AIM also has some brass cased 9mm under $10 a box.

Midwayusa.com has some 5.56 tracers. Not a particularly good price, but I haven't seen them anywhere in quite some time. Federal American Eagle Tactical Tracer Ammo 5.56x45mm NATO 64 Grain

For regular ammo, I've yet to see anything better than this XM193 on stripper clips at Palmetto: American Eagle 5.56mm 55gr FMJ-BT Ammunition 90rds on Stripper Clips - XM193AF90

The Walmart in Brownsburg had over 20 boxes of 22 yesterday afternoon. $18.99 a box for 300 or 325 rounds, I'm not sure what size. He said they had more in the back too. Kinda impressed.

    What type .22?

Sorry about that. I had to get the box out of the truck. It's Federal .22LR 40 grain solid at 1200 fps. 325 rounds limit 3 boxes. I picked some up to take the grand kids shooting this weekend. Hopefully we can get some accurate sound level readings on the 22 can. I've not sot this brand/box before so hopefully no problems.

    Gander Mtn Greenwood score!

They are having a 10% off sale. Checked their .22 selection. Federal Match, CCI and some others available for around 8 cents/rd, limit 2 boxes. However, they had 4x 400rd bricks of American Eagle for $15. Took 2. With the 10% discount, it was 3.4 cents/rd.
