She certainly is not helping the GOP. Granted, it's not that hard to believe that anyone prone to making stupid statements could make it into a prominent political position on either side. But from a city like Chicago, could Rahm and the machine plant one of their own on the other side just to make the other side look bad? Maybe they're paying her to make outlandish statements. It is Chicago after all.
