Well, I’ll admit I did at first. I didn’t trust Fauci pretty much from the start, because he’s obviously duplicitous. He flipped his rhetoric so many times. But I did think at one point the shot was probably safe and effective because of strong signals from the healthcare community affirming it. Then data and studies from outside the US started filling in a different picture.

It mostly came from Dr John Cambell, who at first believed in the covid shot’s safety and efficacy himself. I liked his data driven, non-politically motivated approach. As more data came out, the less credible the information we were fed made sense. And he wasn’t afraid to say it.
What I'm having a hard time understanding is why there are so many medical professionals - MDs - who are still true believers

I don't know their politics, but I know or know of a number of GPs and specialists who, even in small group social gatherings or even one to one outside of a clinical setting when it would not be expected to make its way back to their employer. One doctor I'm thinking of is a personal friend of a relative, and even on social visits when out on his boat or visiting his home, does not deviate from the 'safe and effective' narrative and is still pushing the vaccine

I would expect these people to have some knowledge of experimental technique and data analysis from their education, and yet they still express no doubts about the vaccine, even in private. It seems eerily like what brain-washing is supposed to be like. It makes me wonder if the corruption of medicine education began long before it became apparent in the plandemic

I don’t know but I suspect they are now trained to adhere to standards handed down by governing bodies. Conforming to the standard is the virtue, the medical gold standard, in and of itself.

Years ago I worked at a medical research facility. The investigators there were a mixture of MD's, PhD's and MD-PhD's. Most were also on the faculty of the medical school which was next door. I overheard a couple of them chatting one day and they remarked that while the medical students could memorize copious amounts of information, they lacked the ability to analyze.

Yep. Credibility takes a long time to establish, but it can be lost overnight. The public health community has largely flushed theirs down the drain, which is a pity since we will probably need them again. It will be a pity if next time they are correct but their advice is ignored. Not unlike the boy who cried wolf.
Well. I suspect we won't have that happen. But yeah. The public health community has zero credibility. It looks to me like they're just part of the sales force for pharma.

Have you seen the docudrama on Netflix about Oxycontin? If what's portrayed in that is a common thing in the industry, big pharma employs a large sales force to get MD's to push their ****, and the MD's get kickbacks for incentives.

I don't know their politics, but I know or know of a number of GPs and specialists who, even in small group social gatherings or even one to one outside of a clinical setting when it would not be expected to make its way back to their employer. I think either he puts a lot of trust in Pharma, and the alphabet regulatory agencies to to tell him the truth, or, he's getting incentives for pushing it.

Maybe. I'm thinking they get paid, or maybe the AMA or other associations feed them ******** and they just do it.

Could be the coercion campaign that's been going on the last several years, if you disagree with the coof vaccine you get your license pulled.

    and so forth...

back from 2021 when the "vaccine" was "safe and effective".

Some. Some (I suspect) are waiting, hoping that the data will turn around and vindicate their dearly held beliefs. In places like CA (I recently posted an article) they are crowing about getting masks required in hospitals again…even though all of the data is showing they didn’t stop the virus.

Yeah, I wonder if being seen in public while performing self-aggrandizing virtue causes a dopamine release. I could see how performative compliance could become addictive. They need a fix! Break out the masks and vaccine passports! We need to feel morally superior again!

Can you imagine that being the high point of your life? For some, I think it was.
