    I don't think this is the first incident happened. I hope those workers change a lot by suspending them way back two years ago. If they do drink and smoke again within working hours, they should be banned. Second chance is given to them.

    I remembered two years ago, it was September of 2010, MyFoxDetroit shot and aired the footage of the workers on a lunch break in a park during work hours. The men all worked in the nearby Chrysler Jefferson North Assembly Plant in Detroit. They were drinking from bottles covered by paper bags, and were passing around a hand-rolled cigarette of some sort. The unprofessional activity was all the more shocking because it was being done out in the open where even a news reporter could see them.     That's the only thing unions are good for, making it impossible to fire those that need firing, it's good news if you're a drinking/pot smoking worker though.
