So really according to the article the only weapon guarenteed to knock down a perp and end a fight would be a taser as that shuts down a nervous system and you seize up no matter what.

Now if your a EE you could technically make a really effective handgun with a 100% kill by upping the amps by overriding the and having the gun stay in the arcing/ contact phase which is deadly. Batterys are almost there to make this possible its just for some reason not a legal defense option.

22 is superior to a 25 in my opinion because of cost and velocity...the 25 us centerfire though...never sh*t .32
