    Yeah, I was gonna say, that's a pretty good looking weld. No porosity, no stops and starts, heat looks good. Doesn't get much better than that.
    There is one thing I see that may be a problem if the application had a factor of safety of 1.1, but this has a factor of safety of about 10+ it looks like.

    It appears that the work was done with a MIG welder using a flux-cored wire which will leave behind a little flux/slag seen in the photo. The way the slag has crept all the way out to the edges of the weld leads me to believe that there may have been a little porosity on the edges... but it's a creeper for goodness sake, that weld is nearly perfect.
