And, how cool it finally gets on a midnight shift, just before dawn warms things back up in the summer. (Cast Floor)

Where ever my GPS says I am
I make more then minimum wage, so if minimum wage goes up by 7.50 or whatever it is to $15 an hour, I expect a raise of equal rate to my pay rate. I didn't go to college, get a skill set and have a job since 2001 to earn minimum wage.

One thing I find funny with all this is I hear younger guys (early 20's) complaining daily that they don't make enough money, yet are the first ones to call in when it's cold, or when it's raining, or when it's their wife's sisters time of the month, and they complain that they don't get promoted or get raises. The owner of the company told me the other day that it was like 2 out of 5 couldn't pass a drug screen, and the other 2 would quit after half a day because the work was to physical. These are kids in their early 20's, in general good shape. Sad.

We have a hard time getting/keeping new guys.
And we pay a lot more than minimum.
