I'm sending out a gun to another state and I was wondering what FFLs in the Lafayette/West Lafayette area will do it. I called Applied Ballistics and they said they don't ship guns to other FFLs. Is there anyone who will do it for good price or will I have to go to Fedex and pay for overnight shipping?

Applied Ballistics like most FFL's will handle the dealer paperwork,
however it's up to you to box it up, attach labels, enclose your FFL's
license copy and ship the firearm. I think Applied is registered with
the Post Office but you have the option of UPS or FedEx. The P.O.
is the best deal Prioity mail insured. Go to the United States Postal
Service website and print off form #1508. Take this to Applied with
a copy of the dealers license that you are sending to, they will sign
the 1508 and then take it to the P.O. with your package. Off it goes.

Interesting... I called them and they specifically said they've never done it before and won't.

Also, I called Four Guns and their phone number doesn't seem to be working.

RAMz told me the only place that was doing that sort of thing right now is the one in the small building on the North side of Hwy 25 toward Elston. It's on the right just as you turn off old 231 before you get to 1st Assembly. I don't know the name of it and haven't been to visit them.

I know this is really obscure info, but if you can't find anyone else, you might drive out there.
