Everyday I drive past a house on CR 400S that appears to have created a backstop in their backyard with a picnic table sitting in front of it. At least I assume its a backstop since I have seen wooden pallets propped up against it.

Everyday I wonder but have never gotten around to asking... is that a fellow Boone Co. INGOer?

    revance,

I know the location you are referring to. I don't know if they are INGOers but I do know they set this up for their kids to practice. The kids are members of the Boone County 4-H Shooting Sports program.

So I am not just obsessed with shooting so much that any mound of dirt must have been created to be a backstop :D Whenever we get big snows I always look at commercial parking lots and think "man, this would be a great range with that huge backstop".

I wish I could have a backstop in my backyard, but I live in a neighborhood... so I have to go down to MCF&G, which means I don't get to shoot nearly as often as I would like.
