I had hot dogs with homemade sauerkraut and mustard, banana and an orange
Been curious as to how that homemade sauerkraut was turning out.

My German grandmother made a traditional, salty sauerkraut by the wall full of canned quarts in the cellar.
My Irish grandmother also made it, but sweeter, using red cabbage and malt vinegar. She put fish in hers. Different, but still very tasty!

I haven't tried to make it in years. Too many years.

    Yours sounds like a success!

Well, caught up on INGO threads for the moment. Need to go get couple things done. Tonight is Milford Food Truck Friday. Wife and I are supposed to be set up downtown Milford @ 5 to sell Jonah Fish fry tickets for a Lake Assoc. fundraiser. South Bend now has thunderstorm chance up to 60% mid afternoon until evening. Not thrilled to be sitting out in sun and 85* but really not thrilled with this possibility thrown in. I want rain but…
