IF I lived close enough I would go to Bradis, There are shops here that will do it for free if I buy there, which comes out to be cheaper than ordering online.I'll write out the instructions for you.
Step 1: Unload gun and show clear.
Step 2: Get in car.
Step 3: Drive to Bradis.
Step 4: Hand gun to Mark (shooter521)
That should get it taken care of.
(I'm sure its a very simple procedure, but I know I didn't %$&* something up this way)

Mr. Rice is mostly correct, here. I've added the only part I see missing in his SOP.
There's really nothing to them and the worst you can do is let the extractor spring fly out and lose it.

There is no "extractor spring" in a Glock.
I can't count the number of parts I've had to replace and guns I've had to fix because somebody watched a YouTube video and decided he was a Glock Armorer...
