What do you do? May I ask.Not if you’re being honest it’s not. I have been involved of thousands of negotiations as a part of my profession and in the real world in a real negotiation all parties have the freedom to leave the table and go elsewhere as an option.
My background is,
As a Union Trade retiree with a ex FIL that he and his children did/do International Union Law. When he was alive he was the Senior Partner in the oldest and largest Union Law firm in the USA.
And a bestie of 14 years with a Juris Doctorate, that also does HR and Union Contract negotiations for a living.
Why do you believe that both parties certainly don't have the option to get up and walk out.
The company always has the option not to sign and become non union..
