Does it make sense to consolidate to a single caliber?

    :dunno: OMG....I don't think I would like that at all. Sure it makes it easier goin to the range....But what do you do when the store only has 45 and 22 rounds on sale? My wife would want to say you don't need all that ammo and I wouldn't have the excuse...well in these guns yes but I only have x in THIS caliber. No..I don't think I would like that at all.;)

    I don't personally think 1 caliber is the answer. That being said, I've so far limited myself to 2 pistol calibers 9mm and .45ACP and 2 rifle calibers 5.56 and 6.8. I think from a pistol caliber standpoint, there isn't much I can't do with the 2 calibers listed above. As far as rifles, there are many other calibers I'd like to eventually own.
