I have a Bulgie. I bought it for 135 out the door a few years ago. I use the Barnaul made Bear ammo. Great shooter, and carries pretty well.
The sights are really tiny, as has been mentioned. Plenty snappy, but not horribly so. I would like to do a melt job on mine to make it more carry friendly. I would also like to get a set of Hakan grips for it.
The bluing is good, but I would love to "pretty" it up a bit maybe with Alumahyde or another finish.
