Well I only have 100 rounds through my new gen 4 G19 but so far no problems at all. I will say that I haven't been overly impressed with the trigger compared to the great trigger of my SR9c.

Xd's are better than glocks imo...i would sell my g19 and get an xd but my wife wants to keep it...the accuracy of the xd is spot on ...g 19 is always low..call it trigger pull or whatever....the xd at 21-30 feet is bullets through holes and very tight groups..better trigger, like the grip angle and dovetail safety on the xd as well..the xd's are cheaper too by about 100 bucks..

I put another hundred through it this weekend with no problems, and I don't expect to have any for the next 800 either, I'll keep everyone posted. I don't think I need to get to exactly 1000 rounds to call it a problem free gun though.

A friend of mine is a local ATF agent and he was forced to give up his long time carry Sig Sauer 226 for the Glock. They tested the crap out of M&P, Glock and Sig but ended up selecting Glock. I am sure part of this was financial but I highly doubt there are any problems with the Glock.

Yes Glocks are now junk. Please discard them in the classifieds quickly before the resale value plummets!

My Gen4 pistols run just fine.

No issues with my Gen 4 17. Though i have only put a few hundred rounds through it. Very accurate though. Just messing around i was shooting cans at 75yards.
