Hoosierdoc, if you ever come to Texas, notify me first so I can brief you on tamales...

Do we have to tell him about the husks or can we just wait for the thread?

I've never had a tamale, but it seems very "husky"

my wife showed me how you can remove the outer layer from a banana and it blew my mind. I always used to just to tell myself to be patient, the good stuff is coming...

In other news, have her show you how to eat a hard boiled egg. They arent nearly as crunchy as you think.

On second thought, never mind the briefing, just let me know when you're here, I want to watch.

BTW, we have prickly pears down here, they're really good to eat. :)

    Hazelnut cheese curds? Sounds delicious.

It's kind of comical. I've watched them change the lids/spouts in this thing about 10x in the past 3 years. Stuff always gunks and collects on the spout. Stuff used to fly out when you opened the lid each time. The gunk makes for a rather uneven pour. So ironically, it can be difficult to tell if it's chunky because it pours so badly. Well, until it gets 6 weeks past due... then the chunky starts to stand out.
