"The notion of getting your firearms confiscated on simply a anonymous tip is ridiculous, and then needing to go to court to prove you are fit to own a firearm and get your firearms returned. Innocent until proven guilty needs to be re-taught."

Innocent till proven guilty is a joke. You're charged with a crime and will sit in jail like the rest of the criminals till your defense lawyer tries to prove your innocence at trial

Whats going to happen if this gets passed, someone is going to report someone, the cops are going to trey to come int to someones house and theres gonna be a shootout, then the courts will justify the homicide of the homeowner and this legislation will get struck down like the no-knock raids.

Honestly, this has so many issues with due process, and also with fourth and 5th amendment issues.

Have no-knock raids been struck down? Are they not still utilized?

Dianne Feinstein and Nancy Pelosi are a couple of California crack pots, and need to be voted out of office. They've been in Washington way to long and taken up to much time with these stupid bills they constantly keep trying to push thru congress.

I view confiscation of private property and being detained until trial different things.

Don't forget Babs Boxer and Chucky Schumer, the latter from the opposite coast.
