Daughters Open Heart Surgery 2/24/15

My little girl Sophia has had 2 open heart surgeries at Riley. She will have her 3rd one early next year. Dr Brown and the staff at Riley do amazing things. Thoughts and prayers are with you guys today!

My oldest daughter had open heart surgery when she was 3 at Riley. She will soon turn 28 near the end of April.
I'm sure today's technology is better than it was in 1990. I will keep her in my prayers. It is a tough thing as a parent to watch young childeren go through such things, but she is in great hands at Riley.

Congratulations!!! That was pretty quick. My son was on the vent for days at a time. I know the vent is necessary but I still hated it for him. It's removal is a major hurdle and I always looked forward to that day. Now on to recovery. Still in my prayers.
