He's a mutt actually. Long story short, friend of an ex had a mixed breed ***** who got out one day and came back knocked up by a mystery pooch. They said she was a Chihuahua mix. I think that's where he gets the neuroticism and the bug eyes when he's nervous.

Meet Budly. He is an 11 week old yellow lab and a very sleepy puppy. We have been without a dog for 3 years now and so glad we finally pulled the trigger.20191104_174512.jpg

Thank you, dog really is man's best friend. Sometimes he's the only thing that helps me keep my head on straight when all I want to do is twist it off and throw it in traffic.

My two pups keep me grounded with all that has happened with my life since my wife's passing and the health problems I encountered since then. I get wags, kisses and snuggles 24/7 from them.

Meet the newest member of our family... GSD, Rusty.

For those with a GSD, at what age, or how early do you start obedience training? Any recommendations in where to go or who to use for obedience training?

Look up a woman named Audrey Blackman. She runs Country Critters Grooming. Trained my GSD with her, excellent results. We started around 4 months I think.

^Thanks for the recommendation! After talking to a co-worker, and the vet and confirming with Google and FB we decided to go with First Friends K9. He'll start puppy kindergarten here in about 2 weeks.

This is Pete. My friends call him murder dog. He's kind of a jerk, but he still likes to snuggle.

Meet Sophie. She just turned one year old on New Year's Eve. She is my wife's Emotional Support dog. Here she is on her first flight to Florida. Don't know what we would do without her.

Our son is living alone for the first time and really misses having a dog. So this is his yet to be named birthday present...

    2ciEeI0l.jpg

A 9 week old basset. He's staying with us until we figure out when we can deliver him to Kansas City.

As far as names, he kinda looks like a Dumbo.
