I applied November 4th and got it today, so six weeks exactly.

I'm in the same boat as you. I applied on the same day and I'm checking the mail every day hoping I'll get it before XMAS, but I bet it doesn't arrive until after the first of the year.

My wife dint have a permit and it took hers 7 weeks. My buddy let his 4 yr expire and he has already been waiting 8 weeks and still dont have it.

I applied for a lifetime permit on Friday and got it in the mail the following Wednesday. I used the online application through L-1.

My son and I both mailed our applications in on November 16th (his first time, my was a renewal) and just got them back today. That was 6 weeks and two days for both.

Applied for my lifetime LTCH on November 12th and got it today. 1 day short of 7 weeks. And to think my wife didn't want to stop at the post office and get the mail.

Has anyone here recently applied for the lifetime license? How long did it take to get yours? I'm curious to know how long the current wait is because I was told 4-8 weeks, but then I read that it was 12-14.

I applied for mine about this time last year. It took about 6 weeks.

Mine expired in September and I just re-applied for it Dec. 29th. Here's hoping letting it expire doesn't work against you...

I don't remember ever seeing anybody at Aldi's that would compel me to carry. So it must the fact that your Aldi's store is located in Indy...
