I'm just a couple weeks shy of moving, so the first thing I do after I move to my new place is apply. Hopefully I'll get my LTCH within 2 months after that. :P

At this rate you are looking at 2 months minimum, maybe less.

Call the number they provide in the handgun licensing branch of ISP website. Listen to the message and at some point it'll say push 0 for further help. There's been some luck with that as long as you've been waiting over 4 months.

It seems those who contact their state representative get their LTCH shortly after. Try that.

Methinks somebody lied. Receipt is usually a couple days after issue.
