It's not the same as L1's process.

I'll buy that. Which is why I wasn't surprised that the wait time was consistent with the times we've seen quoted for with the non-L1 process.

I did my L1 on January 19th, then to 50 S Alabama on January 24th. Paid cash. At this point I'm in Week 7, so am expecting at least another 5 weeks before I see anything.

It's here! It's finally here!

Submitted LTCH application online 11/02/12. Fingerprints in Marion County 11/8/12 (non L1) and ISP cashed my money order on 12/10/12.

I have a clean record but did move from PA 6 years ago not sure if that had any effect. License issued 03/07/13. Pink slip showed up in the mail 3/14/13.

18 weeks from the day I was fingerprinted.

Today marks 9 weeks for me. Marion County. Applied online and paid with credit card 1-7-13. L1 prints on 1-8-13. Also paid my local PD (Lawrence) in cash on 1-8-13. Clean record. Nothin yet


Friend of mine also in Marion County just got his lifetime yesterday. He applied online 12-20-12, L1 on 1-21-12, Marion County, clean record. So his was 11 weeks going through 2 holidays, for what it's worth.

After waiting since October, I received my fingerprint card back in the mail today because the guy at ZPD didn't fill out the entire card with my DOB, age, sex, race, etc... I should've known I was in trouble considering when I went in there, the receptionist was out, and the Chief of Police helping me had no clue as to what he was doing.

I could seriously just cry.

Seems promising... right at 10 weeks so maybe the latest quoted turn around times are seemingly accurate. Although I'm holding out hope that they will continue to make it more efficient.

Found out today that FWPD screwed me by sending in a print card with my packet. I have at least two more months.

I sent everything in on the 6th day of February. I did L-1. Needless to say, I am still waiting at the 5 week mark. If the 10 week wait times are correct, i'm only half way with my wait time!

I'm not sure what you mean here? You did L1 but they sent in a hard copy? How did you find out about this?

I called because I found it odd that they printed me there also. When they submitted it that way, it changed my status to non-L1

With that new piece of info, I now will not start looking for mine until May.
