Pour into muffin cups until they're 3/4 full.
Bake in oven at 350 for approx 10-12min...
or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Indeed, gentlemen. I decided to randomly divulge one of my trade secrets/hidden gems with all of my friends of INGO

I recommend using the creamiest, richest ice cream you can find. Breyers French Vanilla and Butter Pecan are favorites of my wife and daughter. One of my favorite is to use Birthday Cake flavored ice cream. You can even get creative and FROST these "cupcakes" with your favorite icing. They're so frickin' easy to make. It's a fun recipe for the kid(s) (in all of us).
