I thought in this day and age of social development, one would merely need to firmly and with authority say NO and start counting to 3 to adequately thwart any neer do well...

All I can say about this is....LOL!

IF this bill passes, CT will be another state off my list of possible residences in the future (along with CA and IL to name a few).

    An unquiet solace
The (il)logic behind this proposal is simply mind-boggling. A 5-second Google search brought up the relevant text from the Heller decision:

"...The handgun ban and the trigger-lock requirement (as applied to self-defense) violate the Second Amendment. The District’s total ban on handgun possession in the home amounts to a prohibition on an entire class of “arms” that Americans overwhelmingly choose for the lawful purpose of self-defense..."

In what universe does Senator Meyer believe this law would NOT be struck down if passed?

Hey all. Our Snipers have been getting the job down with one round all the time. :>)

God Bless our Soldiers especially our Snipers.
I guess we better start loading a round in the chamber by hand through the ejection port instead of using an 'evil' magazine???
