Oh, I am sure there are political points being conted atm. But sometimes good things happen even if for the wrong reasons. Maybe we can stop the BS if they finally are publically recognizing that it exists.... or not. who knows.

AFAIK, most of US debt is in the form of bonds and such. So the government issues a bond and basically anyone can buy it, we aren't going to China and selling them anything. So either you have to stop the government from issuing bonds, or restrict who can buy them.
