Concealed Carry in Ft Wayne

I have OC into the credit union a couple of times. The customer at the teller who was just chatting did a double take, but didn't say anything. I guess I wasn't a threat since I did have my 8 year old daughter with me.

Might try that with my granddaughter sometime, just to see if they actually let me in the door—they have a lock on the door and have to buzz you in.

Fort Wayne is pretty laid back as far as OC. Only time I have ever really been harassed was at my own home when mowing the lawn! I have a distinct advantage of "looking" like a cop so when I do OC most seem to assume I am a cop, i guess. 80% of the time I CC and have never had a problem. FW police dept is pretty anti 2nd amend but county cops are good to go, in general.

Like a previous poster said, no matter where you are, maintain a low profile, represent gun owners well, and KNOW your local and state laws.
