If the Colts and Bengals are the only two teams with a 10-7 record, then the Colts are out.

The apparent story, based on accounts and the affidavit (that I've not read, FYI), is that his female SO confronted him on the 26th about alleged cheating. She broke/smashed/damaged his phone, and when she tried to slap him, he body-slammed her, causing injuries for which she was sent to the hospital for evaluation. Apparently there was a minor under 16 present/witnessing the altercation.

Avon PD (I believe) issued the arrest warrant on the 28th and Ogletree turned himself in to Hendricks County on the 29th.
