I'm not sure how I feel about that one.
Ok I am smitten. Seriously bad ass.
I had a '72 Vega when in high school. Didn't have the requisite rust or burning oil. It was actually fun to drive. I took it to the dragstrip one Saturday and beat a Pontiac Trans Am in a head's up 1/4 mile. My buddies were on the ground laughing their asses off!
The last rust free Vega I saw had a unicorn driving it.I had a '72 Vega when in high school. Didn't have the requisite rust or burning oil. It was actually fun to drive. The Trans Am owner followed me to the pits and wanted to see if I had a V8 stuffed in it. When I opened the hood and he saw my 4 cylinder, I think he cried a little.
The rest of the story is that I really just cut the light better than him and he couldn't catch me before we ran out of track. I think my time was 17:13 or something similar.
I cut my front bumper like the one in the pic and had a front spoiler also.
If I could find an unmolested, rust free '72, I'd consider buying it and putting a small block in it. They fit well.
