This comes from a country that still has a population of people that believes dried up animal parts can cure cancer, surgically controls their population, has mobile execution units and works the snot out of kids in sweatshops for Nike.......

Incrementalism is the word. We are slowly losing our national identity due to forces from the outside and from within. A lot of people do not even really care. It is very much like the Roman aristocrats who gave the mobs wine, bread and gladitorial games to keep them appeased while they did their things and became dependent upon mercenaries who could not defend Rome from the growing hordes of invaders. Roman women no longer had kids for a variety of reasons including vanity, lead cookware and deformities caused by too much in-breeding. The Roman leaders were also not up to the job. Just look at Rome. Also look at Argentina for an example of where we are headed. If Montana or Wyoming lets China buy/lease/rent a 10 by 50 mile area of land so that they can build some kind of super-commerce zone/city, we will know that the end of America is very near. I have not heard anything about that lately and hopefully the deal fell through.

Beware of this, Friends! Be very aware! One of the things that kept RUSSIA from attacking us was the 2nd Amendment! As well as the Japanese, because, "There was a rifle behind every bush" in America!!!:rockwoot:

Yeah well the politicians don't really care about that and they'll use the excuse of we're not at war with any major power today in any form, so why worry?

"the US prioritizes the RKBA ....OVER the protection of citizens' lives and personal security..."? the "peoples' dictatorship of china" itself is a threat to the lives and personal security, not only of it's subjects, but citizens of other countries:ar15:
    WOW....heres a link:
China condemns U.S. gun ownership as human rights violation - National gun rights | Examiner.com

just goes to show how different our countries are...
here's a quote: "The United States prioritizes the right to keep and bear arms over the protection of citizens' lives and personal security and exercises lax firearm possession control, causing rampant gun ownership"
    ^^laughed really hard at this

Lives and security? How so? Which countries exactly?

I just don't get the conviction many folks here have that China is a military threat to the US. They couldn't beat Vietnam or India, they are having a hard time keeping Tibet and Xinjiang in line. They rely on the US to buy their exports. They have a rising middle class that has expectations of a more comfortable lifestyle. The Party is rife with corruption.

That hardly seems like a prescription for world conquest, let alone a design to bring down the United States.

3 million Chinese who drink their own urine surely can't be wrong.
I didn't see any original source for the 2003 blog you cite to. Never seen anything about this in China, other than your link. I've heard of urine-drinking in India, however. One recent PM used to drink his urine and recommended it as a form of preventative medicine. Gandhi was reputed to have engaged in the practice as well.
