okay fine, Here is my MTV and belt that I used in Iraq. The MTV carried my plates (obviously), 2 mags, IFAK, Cammelback, grenade pouches (held ear pro most of the time), and the Ka-Bar you can see. The belt had a drop leg that had another 4 mags on it, a smaller TDI Ka-Bar, the 5.11 dump pouch, and the green bag that held my NVGs. The knee pad to the left is also mine, strapped to the drop leg when we weren't geared up.

Here is the MTV on me, the belt rig was in the truck behind me.

I kept everything directly off the front so I could get lower in the prone.
Also, The MTV I am wearing is a Small with a Medium Cummerbund, that is why you can see the loop velcro on the side.

Throw it in the washer on light cycle with 1/2 cup of borax and a small amount of non bleach detergent (load setting on large) throw a couple towels in there too.
