Carrying at a gun show

Well then how exactly are you supposed to speak directly with someone when you aren't allowed to PM? I thought the purpose of a forum was for discussing things some of which are for all to see and then other things can be done in private messaging?

There has to be an explanation, perhaps the forum FAQs will shine some light on it?

I would caution against this, the mods here have no sense of humor, nor do they like this kind of rule breaking.

For the record, my local gun store is carry friendly. I don't know about the gun show though. I didn't see any signs prohibiting carrying a weapon but then again, if every person I saw in the local gun show was carrying a loaded weapon, I probably would not go. Too much of a risk of some of those folks having a AD.


And to the the others, I will abide by your post count rule. Just take it easy, I'm not necessarily trying to rock the boat, just wanted to speak with someone directly.
