Get an established recipe and use it! There is a lot of dangerous advice in this thread. Stuff that will make you sick and maybe even kill you.

The person you hurt probably wont' even be yourself if you are going off recipe / recommendations. It will be someone you love. Maybe young, maybe old. Is any of that really worth the risk.
