These people seem to not feel the need to join INGO or may now be prohibited from being a part of this community.

If anything is gleaned from this thread, I would hope that it is just how fair the staff tries to be. Despite being insulted, Roadie did not act on it, but instead consulted with the rest of the staff to be sure he wasn't being impartial.

No member deserves to be treated in such a manner, especially the staff who volunteer their time and energy to INGO and it's members.
