    IMO, that is the best kit going not only because of price, because of what it lacks. They didn't toss in the junk lee scale, just to "give you a scale".

    Get the Kempf kit, get both upgrades(powder measure, and both priming systems), a Dillon or RCBS beam scale will be fine, a pair of Calipers from Harbor Freight...

    Pay attention to the accessories you buy, and you can have a complete, reliable setup w/ tumbler, calipers, and other accessories, for $350-$375, and it will be way faster than a similarly priced RCBS single stage kit.
