Absolutely gorgeous!! Based on the amount of snow and the amount of daylight (assuming the photo was taken today), you must be in the NW corner of the state?

Well, guess I will just have to make sure to have my friends over for a little range therapy every time the realtor has an open house.... :D

You won't get that view near a Walmart. My wife loves it out here.

I have decided that I am going to advise our realtor that I intend to set up at least a 100 yard range in which I can fire .22 rifles and I will only consider properties where this is both legal and safe.

It'll probably be a waste of time. "Legal" and "safe" are not searchable parameters in the MLS. And 100yds as a minimum qualification isn't sufficient to get you either of those. I suppose you can mention that you need 400 ft of continuous property, but that's about the best he/she can do. He/she will not be able to determine if the property meets your criteria based on simple MLS data. What you need to do is get a feel for what size plot you need to meet those criteria and then re-work the search with that parameter.

I think you are making a bigger deal out of this than needed.

    And then there's this.

I'm going to guess if your moving out of city limits and most likely will be around farm land, you'll be fine.

As a rule, country folks don't mind responsible shooting. In fact, most will probably come over and join you.
