I went to Bubs tonight for dinner-

Never again will I eat that sammich.

The meat isn't the part that gets you, its the HUGE bun that graces it.

FYI, I got it medium well, with ketchup, mustard, American cheese, and BACON!!! I also ate the Awful Waffles or whatever they're called.

way to go! the actual flavor of the meat is excellent which helped me through it. I still think the location is dumb but the actual inside is nice IMO, and the ice cream is great.

The owners were there to greet us, and told me I couldn't bring in my Coke Zero. I promptly asked if they offered it and he said no, then my wife said it was all I was allowed to drink, and he said oh ok, and let me keep it.

They need to fix that dining room so it's not so echo-ey, and blinds are a MUST on that west wall of windows. Other than that, the service was great (even though only open 2 days). I didn't try for the ice cream.

I agree with the taste of the burger...it tasted like it just came off the backyard grill.

I'm leaving for Bub's in 10-15 minutes.

Will probably order the single as a recon mission for the triple.

My ugly mug is on the wall.

As a heads up, the single is one pound after cooking.... and a full 22 oz. before cooking. It is in fact a beast.

If I fasted for a day or two, I might be able to tackle a triple.... but I guarantee you I'd end up purging it somewhere between the front door and my car....

It's not as tough as you think if you cut it into quarters. I know it's the same amount of food, but it tricks you head.
